I don't intend to spam the network, though there will be times when he'll make posts or respond to them. I don't expect them to be easy to read - that will be part of the humour. I will include translations. I will also not be offended if your character just looks at him like O_O and backs away slowly.
That being said, if you absolutely positively don't want Mituna to ever text at your character, please comment here to let me know and I will do my best to remember.
